⚠️ Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to permanently delete your Navica account and associated data.

⚠️ Important: This Action is Permanent

Deleting your account will permanently remove:

  • All your saved travel plans and itineraries
  • Your account information and profile data
  • Your subscription and any remaining credits
  • Your travel preferences and history
  • Access to the Navica app

This action cannot be undone. All data will be permanently deleted immediately.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the Navica app on your Android device
  2. Tap on the Account tab in the bottom navigation
  3. Scroll down to the Account Actions section
  4. Tap on "Delete Account"
  5. Type DELETE to confirm (in capital letters)
  6. Review the warning message carefully
  7. Tap "Continue" to proceed
  8. Confirm one final time by tapping "Delete Account"

Note: Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately upon confirmation.

What Happens to Your Subscription?

  • Active Subscriptions: Will be cancelled immediately. You will not receive a refund for the remaining period.
  • Credit Packs: Any unused credits will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
  • Google Play: You may need to manually cancel your subscription through Google Play to stop future charges.
