Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to permanently delete your Navica account and associated data.
⚠️ Important: This Action is Permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove:
- All your saved travel plans and itineraries
- Your account information and profile data
- Your subscription and any remaining credits
- Your travel preferences and history
- Access to the Navica app
This action cannot be undone. All data will be permanently deleted immediately.

How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Navica app on your Android device
- Tap on the Account tab in the bottom navigation
- Scroll down to the Account Actions section
- Tap on "Delete Account"
- Type DELETE to confirm (in capital letters)
- Review the warning message carefully
- Tap "Continue" to proceed
- Confirm one final time by tapping "Delete Account"
Note: Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately upon confirmation.
What Happens to Your Subscription?
- Active Subscriptions: Will be cancelled immediately. You will not receive a refund for the remaining period.
- Credit Packs: Any unused credits will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
- Google Play: You may need to manually cancel your subscription through Google Play to stop future charges.
